With Baseball and Softball season coming to an end it means it is time for us to start the preparation of the 2012 season for football and cheer. The board has been hard at work planning items for the 2012 season and as always to execute it to the best of our abilities we would like, no wait we need your help.
We have many items coming up in a short period of time. We are only 56 days away from the first day of practice July 30th and there are things we would like to do before the season and also items to prepare for that will happen during the season to accomplish this we need Rebel Family members help. We at the board feel every one of the student athlete's deserve to have a memorable season each year. This will only happen if we all come together and put our best efforts forward.
A few items we want to do are a poker tournament before and during the season. We would like to put a golf tournament together. We would like to get the home coming committee started and many other items need to be addressed. We have a bowling night for the players this year scheduled. All these items take willing family members to help out. Our family is strong as we learned over the last few years when we all work together.
We have our open board meeting tomorrow night and if you would be interested in helping with any items this year we would really enjoy your presence at the meeting. There is no help that is too small. If you would like to come to the meeting because you're new to the Rebels and are not sure if there is anything you can help with we can always use your help. We would welcome you to the meeting. If there is anyone out there with idea's they feel will help the Rebels we would like to hear them.
So come join us and be a part of your student athlete's experience this year lets make it a great experience for all involved from the student athlete's to the family members.
